Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • With original tags attached

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, etc.)

  • Bodysuits, intimates, or swimwear

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on our website.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ainsley Grace Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

We will provide you with return instructions.

Late Returns

Items returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
